The hotel has a great reception area and the staff is friendly. the location is central and close to shopping and dining areas. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean.
My Christmas stay at this hotel was not pleasant. the air conditioning was turned off in the middle of the night, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

The hotel was a great weekend escape. The pool and gym were top-notch and provided a lot of fun. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel is also conveniently located close to popular tourist attractions and restaurants.
The rooms felt a bit stuffy, and the air conditioning was turned off at night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was also no option to adjust the temperature in each room.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy bus service to both airports in Shanghai. the room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and the bathroom was clean with fluffy towels. the staff was helpful and responsive, and the breakfast spread was good. the German pub on-site with its own brewed beer was a nice addition.
The rooms varied in size and some were noisy, especially those near the badminton courts.
